localStorageincluded, which the ePrivacy Directive treats the same way. Doksign stores very little, and none of it for advertising.
1. Strictly necessary
Set without consent, because the service cannot be delivered without them.

2. Functional
Stored in your browser's localStorage rather than as cookies, which means they are never transmitted to us — they exist only to make the interface behave the way you left it.

3. Analytics
None. We run no analytics product on the application, and set no analytics cookies.
4. Marketing
None. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
5. Signing links
A signing link carries its own signed token in the URL. It is not a cookie, it is not stored on your device by us, and it expires with the document. A recipient signing a document never has an account and is never asked to accept a cookie to sign.
6. Changing your choice
Because Doksign sets no consent-gated cookies today, there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, this notice changes with it and a preferences control appears on this page before any such cookie is set.
You can clear what is stored at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing the session cookie signs you out; clearing localStorage resets your theme preference.
